Electrical question

I have 2 breakers under my house for my heat pump. I had the breakers(I think thats the right name) changed last year to a higher amp. For the last few years during the coldest and warmest days of the year, the breaker will trip and I will have to go under my house to reset it. I have done it 7 times in the last 3 days and it is annoying coming home to a house that is 54 degrees.
I have had 3 hvac guys and I think 1 or 2 electricians look at it and they say it is just shorting out somewhere. Does that sound correct? Would I just need a new line run from breaker to thermostat?

Thanks
